Stop here for BBC Radio Suffolk

When Peter and I first went to Ipswich for an 'on the sofa' session with Lesley Dolphin from BBC Radio Suffolk (ah, those were the pre-pandemic days) the traffic cone and the carefully prepared sign attached to it marked out our parking spot. You certainly can't accuse the BBC of wasting money on extravagant signage.

These days we are doing interviews via phone and today was the first of our regular monthly slot with Lesley. Watch/listen out for this on the last Wednesday of each month. We will provide updates of the news and events in Peter's world. The link below will take you to today's catch up chat where we talked all things dementia, cycling, cake eating and charity events.

Peter is pleased to be a patron of For Brian CIC -  an evolving concept, co-produced by its directors in collaboration with its beneficiaries living with dementia. The company aims to empower people living with dementia and their families to design support that meets their individual needs, providing agency in challenging circumstances. Cycling plays a huge part in their existence.
