Podcast publicity

Deb Bunt

We are still surfing on the wonderful waves of publicity. We know the publicity will end and the waves will splutter and then be no more (and I am not going to continue that analogy as tempting as it is and also because I think it would be sad to google 'alternative words for surfing' - don't think the thought didn't cross my mind) but I think it's fair to say that one of us particularly gets an ridiculous buzz from knowing that other people want to discuss "Slow Puncture".

So, a special thanks to Nigel from The Bold Age for putting together this podcast and for publicising it so extensively. Have a look at www.theboldage.com to see what other articles are on offer. For anyone over 50, it's a must.

Peter is pleased to be a patron of For Brian CIC -  an evolving concept, co-produced by its directors in collaboration with its beneficiaries living with dementia. The company aims to empower people living with dementia and their families to design support that meets their individual needs, providing agency in challenging circumstances. Cycling plays a huge part in their existence.
